Refund Guidelines for the One Code Stream

At One Code Stream, we work hard to provide top-notch digital services that are customized to meet your needs because we appreciate your pleasure.  To learn the circumstances under which refunds may be given, please carefully read our refund policy.

1. Overarching Policy

Because of the nature of digital services, we only provide refunds in the precise situations listed below.  You accept this policy by using our services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Under the following circumstances, refunds may be considered:

• Project Not Started: If a cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment and no work has been started.
• Delayed Delivery: When we don’t offer the agreed-upon services by the deadline without giving a good reason or prior notice.
• Duplicate Payment: When an unintentional payment is made twice for the same service.
• Non-Delivery: If, within 15 days of the scheduled delivery date, no communication is received and the service is not delivered at all.
• Each project has a well-defined scope, schedule, and deliverables that are discussed in a proposal or agreement prior to the project starting. Any requested changes or extra features that go beyond the predetermined parameters could result in extra expenses.

3. Situations That Are Not Refundable

The following situations will not result in refunds:

• change of heart after the project has started.
• Client non-responsiveness or delays brought on by the client’s failure to provide the necessary input.
• Services Already Provided: Following the delivery or approval of a service or project component.
• Customization of the Design: If changes were made in accordance with the original guidelines.
• Costs of domains, hosting, and software: Refunds are not available for purchases of goods or services from third parties.

4. Payment in Advance

A 30% down payment is required for all projects, and once the project has begun, it cannot be refunded.

5. How to Request a Refund

• Your entire name
• Project specifics
• Justification for asking for a refund

After reviewing your request, we will get back to you in five business days.

6. Settlement of Conflicts

We welcome candid discussion if you are unhappy with the result.  We want to settle disputes in a professional and friendly manner.
